Ispra: the Kilns and Street Food – Beer & Sound!
On the occasion of the opening day in Ispra of the Rolling Truck Street Food Festival (12-13-14 August), on Monday 12th August at 6.00 pm, the Infopoint offers a guided tour at sunset to the historic lime kilns of Ispra. Starting from the Infopoint in via Verbano 208, you will walk along the Passeggiata dell’Amore and the Ring of the Kilns, returning finally to the lakeside along the historic solitary path.
At the end of the walk you can take part in the Rolling Truck Street Food Festival, dining in one of the Food Trucks present, sipping beer and listening to music on the F. Magellano lakefront.
The route is medium-easy with a total duration of about 2 hours. Length of the route: 5 km.
Reservation is required and a contribution of 5 € per person is required for the walk.
