During Mid-August Fest in Laveno, an event that this year celebrates its 61st edition, the Bay of Laveno, on 15 August 2024, will be illuminated by magnificent fireworks, an unforgettable show.
On 13, 14, 15 and 17 August the “Mid-August Fest in Laveno” will give many events that will take place by the lake in Laveno with the inevitable gastronomic stand in Piazza Caduti del Lavoro. The full programme can be found at this link.
Ferragosto cruises on Lake Maggiore
For the occasion Navigazione Lago Maggiore organizes special Cruises of Mid-August Fest with departures from Laveno, Intra and Arona/ Angera. From the boats you can admire the Borromeo Gulf, the hermitage of Santa Caterina del Sasso and the fireworks organized by the pro loco of Laveno Mombello. The return to the starting locations will be at the end of the show.
Tickets can be purchased at all ticket offices of Navigazione Lago Maggiore.
