Here is the official poster of the events of the X Edition of the Festival The Chromatic Lake.

The new edition will take place from June to September and will involve the municipalities of Angera, Brebbia, Comabbio, Laveno Mombello, Leggiuno, Ranco, Somma Lombardo, Taino and Travedona Monate together with numerous museums, associations, tourist and commercial operators of the territory.

The 10th edition of the Chromatic Lake Festival wants to remain faithful to its original form and will gently accompany the public to discover the beauty of this territory and its traditions: events will be proposed in some of the most evocative sites of the area with the intention of telling the story, appointments in nature and on the shores of the Lake to learn to listen to its beauty and events to learn about local traditions, that so strongly characterize every single country.

Music will be the protagonist of the Festival with 11 concerts in some of the most evocative places of the lower Lombard shore of Lake Maggiore, inspired by the history of the places and a continuous search for the links between traditional and cultured music, between ancient and contemporary.

But the Festival is not just music. There will be many opportunities to visit important sites of historical, artistic and cultural interest including the Visconti Castle of San Vito (Somma Lombardo), the Rocca Borromea (Angera), the Hermitage of Santa Caterina del Sasso (Leggiuno).

On July 7 will take place the Eat, drink, bike, the event of cycling organized by the Bottega del Romeo of Ispra.

Food and wine will be the protagonist in many events of the event: this year will not miss the appointment at the famous Ristorante Il Sole in Ranco (July 4). In collaboration with the Museum of Angera, guided walks will be organized to rediscover the wonders of the territory of Angera.

Please note that registrations for the first scheduled events are officially OPEN. Events are mostly free of charge (except where clearly signposted) and with recommended booking via EVENTBRITE. Booking requests sent to us by e-mail, telephone or other channel will not be considered valid unless stated.
