Here are the next scheduled events:

  • Friday 19/09 – 7.00 pm at the Municipal Library “Warhammer Evening”, opening evening of these role-playing games
  • from Friday 19th to Monday 22nd September – Friday 6.30pm vernissage / Saturday and Sunday 6.00pm – 10.00pm opening; Monday at 4.00pm – 7.00pm opening – at Pro Sesto Calende Gallery in Via Italia 5,  “Paper plots” Monica Brugnoni Laube’s solo exhibition.
  • Sunday 21/09 – from 9.15 am to 6.30 pm in Via Italia, Piazza Cesare da Sesto and Berera “Sport City Day 2025”;
  • Sunday 21/09 – from 11.00 am in Piazza De Cristoforis “Bands in the square” parade and performances by the city’s musical body and guest bands.

Here are the events for the week of September 8-14, 2025:

  • Wednesday 10/09 – 5.00 pm in the Cesare da Sesto room “Growing up with music” Gordon musical workshop for girls and boys aged 0 to 5 with presentation of the course which will take place on Saturday morning starting from 18 October;
  • Friday 12/09 – 9.00 pm in the courtyard of the local Library “City of Photography” , a photography and audiovisual exhibition with musical accompaniment;
  • From 12 to 14 September – 6.00 pm Inauguration (opening hours 10.00-13.00 and 17.00-21.00) in the Pope Francis room of the Parish of San Bernardino “Pellegrini di Speranza” art exhibition curated by Enrico Montonati;
  • Saturday 13/09 – 3.00 pm at the Water Study Center “Strumenti in festa” open day Musical instruments with course presentation;
  • Saturday 13/09 and Sunday 14/09 at the riverfront and historic centre PALIO SESTESE, a traditional event with competitions on the dragon boats river and many other surrounding events, such as exhibitions, markets, concerts, food stand, entertainment for children, civic and religious ceremonies and much more.

  • Saturday 30/08 – 10.00 am-7.00 pm “A river between arts and creativity”, craft market at the riverfront
  • from 3/09 to 9/09 art exhibition “The soul of the landscape” by Emanuela Tintori, in the Pro Sesto Calende exhibition room
  • Sunday 7/09 – 10.00 am-12.00 pm extraordinary opening of the San Vincenzo Oratory with free guided tours
  • Sunday 7/09 free guided tours reserved for residents on the occasion of the centenary of the birth of the sculptor Sangregorio: at 10.00 am Oratory of San Vincenzo, at 11.00 am Sangregorio Foundation. Afternoon concert by the G. Colombo musical body at the Foundation.

From 7 to 19 August 2025 – the exhibition of the artist Carlo Massimo Franchi entitled Kaleido’s Mania – Painting, Installations & Design will be held at the Pro Sesto Calende Gallery in Viale Italia 3.
