Public notice n. 12/24 of the Navigation Lake Maggiore
The Navigation Lake Maggiore informs that the territorial Secretariats of Filt-CGIL, Fit-CISL, UILTrasporti, UGL-Autoferro, FAISA-Cisal of Novara and Verbano Cusio Ossola have declared to join the national strike of 8 hours proclaimed by the trade union organizations for the day Monday, September 9, 2024 from 08.40 to 16.30 in compliance with the bands of guarantee.
The following time slots will be guaranteed:
- from 06.00 am to 08.40 am
- from 4.30 pm to 7.50 pm
Guaranteed runs within the so-called “guarantee” bands are highlighted on the official times of the NLM warning section (look at below).
The above arrangements will be carried out in compliance with the minimum services and guarantee bands, as provided for by L. 146/90 and subsequent amendments and additions, as well as by transport regulations and company agreements.

Trade union organisations account for 42% of the staff;
At the previous strike, the paticipation’s percentage in the strike was 38.2%.
The information above, in according to Law 146/1990, must be considered merely presumptive deriving from analysis of behaviour during previous strikes.
