The Verbano Classic Festival 2025 will be held from Thursday 4 to Sunday 7 September in Laveno Mombello

Where? At the Villa Frua Park, Piazza Caduti del Lavoro, Lungolago De Angeli and Villa Fumagalli.

It will be a long weekend dedicated to traditional boating, including historical regattas, culture, shows and moments of celebration on the lake. Organized by the Officine dell’Acqua Foundation and the Vele d’Epoca Verbano Association, in collaboration with the Municipality of Laveno Mombello, it is an unmissable event with many proposals and activities.

  • In the afternoon, guided tours of the Museum “Fondazione Officine Dell’acqua” and the steam tugboat “Gredo”.
  • The elegant ladies and re-enactors of the Le vie del tempo Cultural Association will be present at Piazza Caduti del Lavoro, turning back the clock to the days of their holiday on Lake Maggiore.

SUMMER ART EXHIBITIONS 2025

IPEROGGETTI – PERSONAL EXHIBITION BY MARCO OGGIAN

MIDeC – International Museum of Ceramic Design in Cerro di Laveno

Sunday, June 29, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. there will be at the MIDeC – Museo Internazionale del Design Ceramico di Cerro di Laveno, the Marco Oggian’s personal exhibition, IPEROGGETTI.

Until 14 September 2025, the museum will house more than 50 works including prototypes, limited editions, sculptures, ceramic objects, clothes and international collaborations. A real affective archive of forms and ideas, which reflects on the role of the object as silent narrator of our time.

Through an exhibition that crosses design, art and visual communication, IPEROGGETTI presents itself as a tangible map of the artist’s thought.

The main rooms house objects that, although belonging to the world of “consumer goods”, are distinguished by their narrative strength. Not simple decorations, but tools of reflection: each work tells an idea, an emotion, a conflict.

Marco Oggian (1990) is an artist and visual designer known internationally for his iconic, colorful and conceptually direct style. He has worked for brands, institutions and festivals all over the world, maintaining a strong bond with Italy and in particular with the territory of Laveno, where he took the first steps of his career.

EXHIBITION ANDY WARHOL MEMORABILIA – POP REVOLUTION

AT VILLA FUMAGALLI AND VILLA FRUA IN LAVENO MOMBELLO

The exhibition, which can be visited until 28 September 2025 at Villa Fumagalli and Villa Frua, tells with more than 60 works including serigraphs, posters, photographs, Magazines and memorabilia – many of them autographed by Andy Warhol himself with his inevitable black marker – the kaleidoscopic universe of a timeless icon.
