It is a villa built in 1970 by my father Lorenzo Mazzotti with a project by the architect. Luigi Caccia Dominioni. It is surrounded by a one-hectare wood with yews, chestnuts, ash trees, oaks, beeches, catalpa, larches, taxodium, gincobiloba, alders. The property features a two-storey construction with 4 double bedrooms and three bathrooms with a terrace with spectacular views of the lake. In the right period there is a fantastic flowering of azaleas and rhododendrons (April-May) and a flowering of both winter and spring camellias.

It is rented with short-term contracts (1 – 2 weeks) in certain periods of the year that are communicated through Turismo 5.
