Starting September 3, 2026, the new free shuttle service for the VareseCultura2030 project will be active, designed to make it easier to discover the region’s cultural and tourist sites.
The service will connect Ispra with the Hermitage of Santa Caterina del Sasso, offering the additional possibility to reach Villa della Porta Bozzolo, the Officine dell’Acqua in Laveno, and the MIDeC – International Museum of Ceramic Design.
The shuttle will run every Thursday and Saturday throughout the month of September. In Ispra, the stop will be located on Via Mazzini.
The service is free of charge and offers a convenient, sustainable way to travel around the area—allowing you to leave your car behind and dedicate yourself to exploring the cultural and scenic heritage of Lake Maggiore.
