The Repair Café returns to Ispra: repair, reuse, share!

On Sunday, September 13th, the Repair Café returns to Ispra, an event dedicated to repair, reuse, and sustainability, where what seems to be thrown away can find a new lease of life!

From 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, at La Stazione – Via Roma 752, Repair Café volunteers will be available to help repair small items and share knowledge, skills, and ideas.

Do you have a lamp that doesn’t work, a bicycle that needs fixing, a small appliance, or a household item that needs fixing? Take it with you! Depending on the time available and feasibility, volunteers will try to get it back up and running.

But the Repair Café isn’t just about repairs: the Clothes Swap, the clothing exchange, also returns during the afternoon. Bring clothes you no longer use, as long as they are clean and in good condition, and give them a second chance.

An opportunity to reduce waste, learn, share, and build community, because repairing instead of throwing away means taking care of the objects and the environment.

And the Repair Café doesn’t stop there! More events are already scheduled until December, to continue together this journey dedicated to sustainability and the circular economy.

Upcoming dates:
• October 11th
• November 8th
• December 13th

The initiative is carried out in collaboration with the Municipality of Ispra and the European School of Varese.
